What this policy covers

This policy covers www.kavunexa.com. Each of our products, such as SOMELO, has its own privacy notice explaining how information inside that product is handled.

Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation, country, the topic you chose and your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site securely and to protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our service providers process information on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting, security and email). They may process it outside Uganda, with safeguards in place. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Office.

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
